Overview The Sunset Ceremony Collection is designed for couples who wish to experience one of Oʻahu’s most captivating moments — the transition from golden light into the soft tones of evening. Your experience begins in the afternoon with private chauffeur service, collecting you from your Waikiki hotel in a luxury vehicle. As you journey toward a more secluded coastline on the North Shore or the island’s west side, you may relax, enjoy a chilled champagne toast, or simply share a quiet moment together before your ceremony. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a setting chosen for its exceptional beauty and privacy — where the ocean, sky, and fading light create an atmosphere of rare intimacy. You exchange your vows as the sun sets over the Pacific, followed by a blue hour photography experience, capturing the final moments of light in a way that is both cinematic and unforgettable. This is a celebration defined by timing, atmosphere, and emotion — quietly luxurious, deeply personal, and visually extraordinary. This collection remains fully customizable, with additional enhancements available to further refine your experience. Wedding Cancellation & Rescheduling Each wedding experience is carefully planned and reserved in advance, with dedicated time, vendors, and resources secured specifically for your date. Cancellations More than 60 days prior Payments are refundable, excluding non-refundable deposits and third-party costs 30–60 days prior 50% of the total booking is non-refundable Within 30 days Non-refundable Deposits A portion of each wedding booking is required to secure your date and begin arrangements. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reflect planning, coordination, and vendor commitments. Rescheduling We understand that plans may evolve. Requests made more than 30 days prior will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability Requests made within 30 days may incur rescheduling fees based on vendor and coordination costs Third-Party Arrangements Weddings may include services arranged with third-party providers such as photographers, venues, officiants, transportation, and floral design. These elements are subject to the policies of each provider and may be non-refundable once confirmed. Changes may result in partial charges depending on vendor terms. Weather & Unforeseen Conditions In the event of weather or conditions beyond our control, we will make every effort to adjust timing or location.
