3–7 days prior - 50% refund

Within 72 hours - Non-refundable

No-shows - Non-refundable

 

Rescheduling

Changes are accommodated without charge outside 72 hours, subject to availability.
Within 72 hours, changes may not be possible.

Third-Party Arrangements

Certain experiences may include pre-purchased tickets, entrance fees, or transportation arranged with third-party providers.

These components are non-refundable once confirmed and may be subject to the terms of the respective provider.
Changes or cancellations affecting these elements may result in partial charges, depending on the provider’s policies.

Weather & Operational Changes

In the event of weather or unforeseen conditions, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.

Arrival Time

Experiences operate as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or missed experience.
