Hawaii Deluxe Travel Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Effective November 3, 2023

 

At Hawaii Deluxe Travel, we value your business and strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. To ensure a smooth process for cancellations and rescheduling, we have established the following policy in accordance with Hawaii state law.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1.1 Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours in Advance:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time of your tour or activity, you are entitled to a full refund of the total amount paid for the reservation.

1.2 Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of Departure:

  • If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided, and we will consider it a "no show." This policy is in compliance with Hawaii state law.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy:

2.1 Rescheduling More Than 72 Hours in Advance:

  • If you wish to reschedule your tour or activity and provide us with at least 72 hours' notice before the originally scheduled departure time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request without any additional charges, subject to availability.

2.2 Rescheduling Within 72 Hours of Departure:

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled departure is subject to availability. Hawaii Deluxe Travel will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, additional charges may apply based on the specific circumstances.

 

3. No Show Policy:

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or activity without prior notice or cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, it will be considered a "no show." No refunds will be provided in the case of a no show.

 

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by e-mail. It is essential to provide your booking details for a swift and accurate process.

 

5. Weather-Related Cancellations:

In the event of tour or activity cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, Hawaii Deluxe Travel will make every effort to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.
